To schedule a service, customers must provide accurate information about:
Device brand, model, and serial number
Description of the issue
Preferred service type (on-site, diagnostic, or shipment-based)
Once a request is submitted, we will confirm availability, estimated service time, and pricing via email or phone.
A booking is considered confirmed only after written acknowledgment from Laser Device Repair.
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD $) unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service type:
On-site services: Payment due after service completion.
Spare parts orders: Payment required prior to dispatch.
Maintenance plans: Payment schedules as per written agreement.
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. Confirmed quotations remain valid for 30 days.
We ship spare parts and accessories across Canada and the United States.
Delivery times depend on product availability and courier performance.
Shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items are inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
All spare parts supplied by Laser Device Repair are tested and verified for compatibility.
Repairs include a limited service warranty covering workmanship for 30 days.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, electrical surges, third-party interference, or environmental factors.
We are not liable for:
Loss of business or profits
Equipment downtime or indirect damages
Unauthorized modifications after service
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate equipment details
Ensuring safe access for on-site service
Backing up stored data or configurations (if applicable)
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional fees.
Due to the technical nature of our services:
Returns accepted only for unused, undamaged parts within 14 days.
A restocking fee may apply.
Completed services are non-refundable unless proven faulty by Laser Device Repair.
